BAG Films fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM
BAG Films & Media Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 12, 2008 to August 18, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend at 10% (0.20 paisa/share) & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 18, 2008.
