BGR Energy Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 12, 2008, inter alia, has recommended Dividend @ 20% (Rs 2/- per share) on the equity share of Rs 10/- each
BGR Energy Systems Ltd has also announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 15, 2008 to September 19, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 19, 2008
