Country Club fixes Book Closure for final dividend & AGM

Country Club India Ltd has announced Final Dividend @ 20% on the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2008.
Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 01, 2008 to September 05, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend & 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 05, 2008
