Suzlon Energy – Acquisition of Areva’s share in REpower Suzlon Energy Ltd has announced that the Company has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with Areva for acquisition of Areva’s total stake of approximately 30% in REpower Systems AG, Germany (‘REpower’). This acquisition shall consolidate the Company’s total holding in REpower to approximately 66%.
