ELF Trading Board approves Bonus Issue
ELF Trading & Chemicals Manufacturing Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 02, 2008, has considered and approved the proposal for issue of bonus shares to all categories of shareholders, excluding the promoter group in the ratio of 3 shares for every 1 shares held by them as on the Book closure date as may be determined by the Board of Directors, subject to necessary provisions and approvals
