Emami Open Offer to the Shareholders of Zandu Pharmaceutical Works
The Shareholders of the Target Company are requested to note the following amendments with respect to the PA:- Terms used but not defined in this corrigendum shall have the same meaning as assigned in the PA.

2. Upward Revision of Offer Price:

The Acquirer & PACs have revised the offer price under regulation 26 of the Regulations from Rs 7315/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Three Hundred Fifteen Only) per equity share to Rs 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) per Equity Share.

All other terms & conditions of the PA remain unchanged.
