Eveready Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2009, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results and the recommendation of a Dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2009.

Hence the Company shall not be publishing unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter of the said financial year.
