Four Soft Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2008, has given intent for possibilities and modalities of merger with M/s. Take Solutions Ltd, a leading international business technology Company with products backed by a strong domain expertise in Life Sciences and Supply Chain Management, with a view to accelerate the Company’s growth by way of Economies of scale through synergy activity for the benefit of both the Companies.

The combined entity would become one of the largest product Companies with domain strength of SCM in India, besides becoming a global leader in SCM.
