Gemini Communication Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 12, 2008 to August 20, 2008 for the purpose of payment of dividend at 15% (Rs 0.75 paisa/share) & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 20, 2008
