Gokul Refoils and Solvent is coming out with Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 71,58,392 equity shares of Rs10 each at a price band Rs175-195.

IPO price band :Rs175-Rs195 per share
IPO Dates: open on May 8, 2008 and will close on May 13, 2008.
Listing: In 20 days from date of IPO closing

The issue consists of 75,000 equity shares for the employees and a net issue of 70,83,392 equiy shares to the public.This issue stood at 27.14% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of he company.

The qualified institutional buyers shall be allocated 50% of the issue and out of this 5% for retail investors, 15% to non institutional and 35% to retail investors.
