HDFC Bank Board recommends dividend

HDFC Bank Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on April 24, 2008, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs 8.50 per equity share of Rs 10/- each (i.e. 85%) out of the net profits for the year ended March 31, 2008.
