IFCI Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2009 has recommended, a dividend @ Re 0.80 per share i.e. 8% for the year ended March 31, 2009, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
