India Infoline – Grant of Employee Stock Option
India Infoline Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has on December 18, 2008, vide a circular resolution granted the following Employee Stock Options:
1. 40.5 Million Employee Stock Options at previous day closing price (Rs 45.3) to the employees of the Company under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008. This includes the grants to the following employees, i.e. above 1 % of Equity of the Company.

- Number of Options – 10,000,000
(ii) Mr. H Nemkumar
- Number of Options – 10,000,000
(iii) Mr. Aniruddha Dange
- Number of Options – 8,000,000
(iv) Mr. Vasudev Jagannath
- Number of Options – 8,000,000
2. Granted 1.8 Million Employee Stock Options at previous day closing price (Rs 45.3) to the employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme
