Karuturi Networks fixes Record Date for Stock Split

Karuturi Networks Ltd has announced that April 11, 2008 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of sub-division / stock split of Rs 10/- per share of the Company into the shares of Rs 1/- each.
