KEC Infrastructures – Change of Name of the Company

KEC Infrastructures Ltd has announced that the Company has received ‘Fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name’ from Ministry of Corporate affairs, Registrar of Companies for change in the name of the Company from “KEC Infrastructure Ltd” to “Summit Securities Ltd”.

Accordingly, the name of the Company stands changed from “KEC Infrastructures Ltd” to “Summit Securities Ltd”.
