ONGC Board declares Interim Dividend
Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 19, 2008, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of 180% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company for the FY 2008-09. This works out to be @ Rs 18 (Rs. Eighteen) per equity share of Rs 10 each fully paid up.
