PTC India Board recommends dividend
PTC India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 10% on 22,74,19,000 fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
