Raymond Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 27, 2009 to June 10, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 84th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 10, 2009.
