REC Dividend announced
Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 30% for the financial year 2007-08 subject to approval of the shareholders in the general meeting.
