Reliance power announced bonus shares to it’s shareholders in ratio of 5:3 means every Reliance power share holder will receive 3 bonus shares for every 5 shares he holds.
Reliance power will announce record date later. After bonus shares public shareholding will increase from 10% to 15%. Reliance energy will also get reliance power bonus shares.
