Siemens fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Siemens Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from January 16, 2009 to January 30, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on January 30, 2009.
