I came across a company recently - ECtel - who already has a revenue management forum. Their aim is to shorten response time to new fraud threats and minimize next generation fraud.

What I liked about their forum - which I think is re-launching soon - is that unlike Subex's forum, where customers can only exchange ideas, ECtel's forum allows you to download controls and software updates directly into your existing platforms.

I’m curious to see how Subex’s forum will be set up, but I am not sure it will compare to ECtel’s.
